"They took my car back right away. I took the car because there was a piece of metal in one of the tires. Actually, in the side of the tire. It couldn’t fixed because it was in the side of the tire. They recommended new tires because they were balding and I had to replace one anyway. They were prompt, polite, and got me out as fast as they possibly could. We are from the West Coast on a 12,000 mile journey and our tow car had a screw puncture. Midas wouldn’t repair our tire. Might just did not have a tire in stock to replace it. these guys were willing to save us money and repair the tire, but we elected to have a new tire put on and the price was good. I went to Midas They wanted to charge me $780 for what Gerald did for $350. they were super busy but managed to get my cars breaks & roatars done the same day. I dropped it off picked it up at 6 o’clock. Not only did they save me a bunch of money, but they were quick, kind, understanding. I still need two new tires and I will absolutely be going to Gerald’s for my tires. **on a sidenote, all the people complaining, leaving bad reviews, and giving the staff crap about not having time to work on your car between the hours of five and six, it’s because they’re slammed ALL DAY long and they deserve to get off at six and go home after being there for 13 hours. If they stayed and took care of everybody who walked in at the last minute they never get to go home.**"

As a young woman anything with car repair can seem daunting but Gerald’s goes above and beyond making sure you feel comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk I have dealt with every time I have been to this location and he is so sweet and genuinely cares about people. The service was fast and they told me to bring it back if there was any problem!! I stayed a day longer to make sure and all was fine!!! The employees at the service desk were very kind, friendly and patient as I attempted to explain my problems and concerns. On Friday I dropped my Jeep Renegade Trailhawk off at 10:05am and you all called me about 35-40 minutes later to let me know my tires had been rotated and I would have lifetime repairs or prorated cost of a new tire if I had something happen that was not repairable!
